We make bale net wrap. That is all we talk about here, and we do it well.
JCPLAS is a manufacturer based in Ruian, Zhejiang, China. We produce bale net wrap, pallet net wrap and bale twine in our own factory. No trading companies, no third parties, no middlemen taking a cut between our production line and your farm.
This page covers everything a buyer needs to know before ordering bale net wrap from China: what the product is, what we make, how we control quality, how to order, and what to expect on delivery.
Bale net wrap is a net-like material made from HDPE plastic. It wraps around round and square bales of hay, straw, silage or corn stalk to hold them together.
One roll loads onto the baler. The machine wraps the bale automatically, you cut the net, and the bale stays tight from the field to the barn.
It is a simple idea with a big job: keep the bale in shape, keep water out, keep leaves in, and keep the feed usable for months.
Both twine and net wrap secure bales. The difference is coverage.
Twine wraps a few lines around the bale. It works, but most of the bale surface stays exposed. Rain soaks in. Sun bleaches the outer layer. Leaves fall off when you move the bale.
Bale net wrap covers the whole outer surface in one pass. That changes the results:
Water runs off instead of soaking into the bale.
Less leaf loss, which means better feed value.
Faster wrapping, fewer stops in the field.
Firmer bales that stack and ship better.
Once farmers try net wrap, most of them do not go back to twine.
Anyone can resell bale net wrap. Not everyone can make it consistently, batch after batch. Here is what we control every day:
Our own factory. We control the raw material, the production line and the final inspection. You are not dependent on a supplier's supplier.
100% virgin HDPE. We do not mix in recycled material. Virgin resin gives stable strength and clean, even mesh.
CE certified. Our bale net wrap line carries CE certification for the European market.
Exported to 50+ countries. Our rolls are already working on farms across Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
Direct communication. You talk to the manufacturer, not a sales agent who has to call the factory for every question.
Trust in this business is built one shipment at a time. We have kept that promise long enough that distributors come back to us season after season.
Our factory covers the whole net wrap family. If it wraps a bale or a pallet, we probably make it.
Our main product. HDPE net wrap for hay, straw, silage and corn stalk bales. Compatible with all round baler brands, with UV stabilisation matched to your local sunlight.
Non-elastic and stretch pallet net for logistics and warehouse use. Keeps pallet loads stable during transport and storage, with clean, professional wrapping.
For farmers who still prefer twine on some jobs. A complete line to go with our net wrap.
One supplier for all three saves you time and shipping cost. You can mix products in one container and keep your logistics simple.
We do not sell only one standard roll. We match the product to your baler and your climate.
Please confirm the exact numbers with our sales team before ordering. Our standard range covers:

Quality is not an accident. It is a process, and we run it on every batch.
It starts with the raw material. We buy virgin HDPE resin from approved suppliers and check the incoming lots. Then the production line extrudes the resin into a net pattern and stretches it in both directions. This stretching is what gives the net its strength.
Every roll is checked for:
Uniform width, so wrapping is even on the baler.
Consistent roll weight, so you get the meters you pay for.
Even mesh, with no thin spots that tear under load.
Tensile strength samples from each batch.
We also keep batch records. If there is ever an issue, we can trace the roll back to its production lot and raw material. That is the level of control you expect from a manufacturer.
Our bale net wrap is used in more than 50 countries. The list covers:
Europe: Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Romania and more.
The Americas: USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and more.
Africa: South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria and more.
Middle East and Asia: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and more.
Different regions, different climates. That is exactly why we offer custom UV stabilisation instead of a one-size-fits-all roll.
Ordering from a Chinese factory is simple if the process is clear. Here is how we work:
Tell us your needs. Baler model, bale size, quantity, destination port.
Get a quote. We reply within 24 hours with product spec, price and freight estimate.
Test a sample. A sample roll lets you check the quality on your own baler before committing.
Confirm the order. We send a proforma invoice with all terms. You confirm and pay.
Production. We produce and pack, with photos and packing list sent before shipment.
Delivery. We ship to your port and send you the tracking and shipping documents.
Most buyers start with one sample roll or a small trial order. Then they scale up once they see the quality on their own farm.
Our standard MOQ is 1 roll for testing. For container orders, tell us your destination port and we will confirm the best arrangement.
We can send a sample roll for your baler test. Shipping cost applies, and the sample cost can be discussed based on your order plan. It is the safest way to check compatibility before you invest in a full order.
Production time depends on quantity and current season. Typically [X] weeks for a standard container order. Sea freight then takes about 2 to 5 weeks depending on your port. We give you a clear schedule before you confirm.
Yes. We print your brand, logo and contact details on the rolls, and we can match custom colors. Many of our distributor customers build their own brand on our rolls.
We normally work with [T/T, L/C or other terms]. For a new buyer, a deposit before production and balance before shipment is the common arrangement. Details are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
Yes. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates as required. Tell us your import requirements and we will prepare the documents accordingly.
You need a supplier who makes the product, stands behind it, and answers your questions honestly.
Send us your baler model, your bale size, and your estimated quantity. We will reply within 24 hours with a clear quote and a recommended specification.
